I heard great things about The Sands and decided to live here. The staff has been unbelievably friendly, helpful and responsive. There have also been numerous upgrades since I moved in. I really appreciate the team here. They do go above and beyond and are super friendly.

The Sands of Clearwater apartments truely seem to have a very luxurious and comfortable feeling about them. The apartment we moved into was very spacious, clean, and inviting! Upon walking around the complex, it is apparent that they went above and beyond to try to make apartment living the best experience that it could be !
