The Sands at Clearwater is a clean, bright and safe community conveniently located in the heart of Clearwater. It has a wonderful outdoor area featuring a pond with a walking path, a beautiful pool, and a nice clubhouse area. Management is friendly and the maintenance team is responsive to any issues. I have lived there for four years now and have enjoyed the community immensely!

Great place to live! If a great deal, purchasing a house, wouldn’t have come up we would continue to stay here. Love the place and love our neighbors! No riff raff. Everyone is courteous to each other.
