I moved out July 9, 2022. I counted the total number of parking spaces: 129. That includes the visitor parking, reserved and unreserved spaces, and handicap. My number may be slightly off but not largely. The total number of units? 98 according to the front office. That's why so many of us had to park in non-spaces or off property. I got towed once, because they had just changed the policy about parking in non-spaces.
Before renting here, ask them about the number of registered cars of tenants... vs available spaces.
The office staff had high turnover. To get anyone attention, you had to walk into the office. We had so many issues with office staff.

If you live downstairs, it REALLY matters who lives above you. Currently, have I GREAT upstairs neighbor, new neighbors just moved in beside, they are loud, yell A LOT and have unaesthetic dead plants in from of their door on our mutually shared front porch---the plant are completely dead and very large and the management does nothing about having them removed. Overall this a medium grade community. It's definitely not the worst. But, it's definitely not up to my standards. Do not plan to... renew my lease as overall I haven't had a peaceful ride here. They have made a lot of upgrades to the property and some things are good, new trash service, outgoing mail slot---yeah! The little things. Dave, Nina, and staff are great. I picked this place over a couple of other options, and I'm glad I did. They are quick to service issues and very friendly. The location is great, because it's central to Wal-Mart, Costco, and Publix. As an added bonus, because of the zip code, my car insurance premium even dropped a little more. My only complaint is that they don't offer a recycling option. Otherwise, A+.

Been here almost a year and still loving it. They are a bit older but the staff is aware and are currently doing renovations. Excited for the recently reopened pool and hot tub area. Office staff & maintenance have been extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The gym has a fair amount of equipment and I love that they have a hot tub! Thank you guys!

Nice place to live for the price. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, beaches and other shops.
