I've been living in these apts going on 5yrs. I've been through multiple management companies, but I can honestly say this current management company and team definitely has this apt complex and their residents' best interest in mind! They have proved themselves time and time again every since they've been here. I've seen multiple things change for the better! From the renovations and remodeling of the office and the gym, to the widening of the side walks and the painting of the exterior... walls and hallways plus the interior stairwells. Also the stadium light posted by the pool and many more.
But what's most important to me, is how they've proved to me that they actually see us as individuals. We're not just numbers to them. We're not just residents with no stories. They have shown to have a great heart, especially when it is truly needed. I am immensely happy and proud to be living here now.
Im so pleased with how far this company has brought this apt complex up!
If I had to choose one thing I would recommend an upgrade on, it would be the laundry facility rooms, but I can't think of anything more.

The Staff here at Serenity Lane are so professional and polite. They are always willing to work with you to resolve any problems you might have. Serenity Lane is a really nice complex; I like that there is a gym and pool onsite as well as laundry facilities that take debit cards (which means no trips to the bank to buy rolls of quarters). The new management has made some nice upgrades with the new playground for the little kids and a new gym for the big kids. The new paint and landscape... trimming also look nice. The price is really cheap and I’ve been living here for the past 10 months and I don’t like living here I wouldn’t say it’s horrible but I would never recommend it . The parking is Horrible and have had 3 of my friends towed due to no vistors parking... they should really fix it to first come first serve Because not only was it $200 to get your car back but it’s over 30 minute drive as well to a rude tow company.
Also the hallways are kept super dirty that it’s just embarrassing to have... anyone over when they first showed us the apartment it was clean but that’s only for show . Recently it was cleaned again and I thought that maybe they stepped up there game but really it’s just because 2 of the other residents moved out .... they keep it clean until you move in. Since living here a lot of things have broke and it’s really cheap they make it look nice until you actually move in. The manager here or assistant is really rude, was only nice to get us in here .

They fix everything to look good enough to get you in the door, but that's about it. They're lazy on handling maintenance request, i've still been waiting 6 months for a new toilet flapper. My A/C has gone out multiple times, and they've tried to say it's my fault each time. Someone drilled a hole in the piping for my sink before I moved in, causing a leak, which lead to molding. They replaced the pvc a week later and painted over the mold, but that's it. I paid for dogs, they seemingly "never... received" the money, so I was forced to either move out and break contract, or get rid of my dogs. They don't clean the hallways for anything, there has been graphic drawling and dirty underwear in my hall since I moved in. Our dishwasher broke, so they replaced it with a gross rusted one that broke the next day, that they still have yet to fix. The "marble" bathroom sink was cracked prior to moving in, and they just glued it back together. They decided to up our rent if we continue to live there, by over $100, and if we decide to move then we have to give a 60 written notice, despite the lease being over, and if we don't then we pay an additional $400(almost) a month, to go "month to month".
