close to clearwater beach!!!

so happy to live here!! great office and maintenance staff. you cant beat their monthly rent and love is close to clearwater beach :)

Cheap is expensive at the end

Maintenance people take too long maybe months to fix a toilet, just because I have 2 bathroom I'm not an emergency but I have to pay punctual or they send you a letter to be out. I have to repair things by myself because they do things in rush and things brake again, but they dont pay for whatever you spent fixing THEIR property, No good maintenance in the properties, a lot of Mold that are causing me asthma since I live there. I wish I can move soon.

MOLD!!!!!!! Don’t stay here

Do not stay here I’ve had mold in my apt for the longest been calling the leasing office about it they do nothing . Also leasing office is very unprofessional and rude they take their time with fixing things .& the Parking sucks
