The management does not take concerns seriously, safety or otherwise. The lawn care company is disrespectful and violates the tenants privacy and safety. I pay $2600 for a 3/2. Right now there are branches all over the neighborhood that have been rotting for weeks that the neighborhood and lawn care company refuse to clean up.

I loved living at Estates; I had to relo b/c of my husband's job, but Sean on the maintenance was excellent and Ana & Kiki in the office are so kind, very responsive. I really enjoyed my time here.

Ask them about the price of water and sewer. It's crazy high. You share with other tenants. Again... its very high.
They won't talk to you about it, you'll get your first payment and boom, an extra $170.

I moved here 4 months ago from Atlanta and read these reviews. But....I have had nothing but an excellent experience. Kiki and Joseph up front are amazing, attentive and friendly. It has everything I wanted and is just a better value than anything else I looked at. Never had parking issues. That was probably somebody that did something stupid instead of following the rules. Again, not my experience at all. It's definitely a good place to live. If you hoop, look for a dude with a shaved head and... a beard, let's get a game in or you'll see me at the pool, potentially hogging the hammock with a Stephen King book.If you beat me to it, I'll be in a lounge chair then. .lol. This place is by far the worst place I ever lived.
Less than 6 months and more than 30 work orders some of which should have been addressed before move in.
This is supposed to be and advertised as a smoke free community but people smoke cigarettes and pot and leave garbage outside. Management does not address your concerns and even yells at tenants.
