Despite being marketed as a “luxury” community, our experience at Delamarre at Celebration was extremely disappointing. Persistent noise disturbances—including heavy machinery, screaming, and loud banging—forced us to call the police multiple times, and management took no meaningful action, leaving us to move units for relief. Communication from the office was consistently poor, community areas were often messy and poorly supervised, and we dealt with repeated billing errors and unresolved... maintenance issues, including a front door lock that didn’t work properly for nearly a year. For the price point, the lack of management, accountability, and peaceful living made this far from the upscale experience advertised.

I have been a resident for nearly four years. The first two years were wonderful, the building was new, well maintained, and residents were respectful. By year three, the atmosphere changed. Common areas became worn and poorly maintained, and there were frequent issues with children riding bikes in hallways and parking areas, along with constant loud noise. After 10 p.m., unfamiliar individuals often roam the parking lot in groups, speaking loudly while cars aggressively rev their engines. It... feels disruptive and, at times, unsafe. I have reported these concerns multiple times to the leasing office with no meaningful resolution. Now, ongoing hotel construction brings nonstop dust, drilling, and heavy equipment noise, making it impossible to relax at home. For the price charged, this no longer reflects luxury living. We will not be renewing our lease.

Great place to live. So many amenities. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is top notch. They keep the grounds clean and tidy. Very dog friendly property.
