There's a reason there is so many empty units here. We lived here for 8 years and didn't have issues until the new property manager took over. Our rent (if we would have signed a new lease) would have doubled since moving in. We had no upgrades in those 8 years. The carpet was so old it was paper thin and the cheap flat paint never got refreshed. Our apartment had a black mold issue after a water leak and Scott wanted to put the moldy cabinet back and would have if we didn't refuse!! So many... new apartments in the area for the same price steer clear of this place.

Love it here!
Cabana Club South is a wonderful place to live! Scott Spalin the general manager is awesome. I call with a problem. He’s there in five minutes no matter what it is since he’s been here. Everything gets done as soon as you call we hope to spend many more years here very pleased with the management and how the apartments are kept up I would recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a really nice place to live. Lorraine and Peter Costanzo

Cabana Club South
Pretty quiet place to live. All apartments are 2/2 with a screened in patio with laundry hook-ups, community pool and paid laundry on site. Well maintained landscaping. Manager lives on property. Each apartment is assigned 1 parking space.
