These apartments do have nice management so that is the one thing that keeps me from leaving zero stars. The management was nice and approachable, but were at times slow to respond to concerns.

I was only there for only 6 months and had multiple issues. Refrigerator broke, unit smelled like mold due to old plumbing and old AC unit. They are slow to fix repair and unprofessional. Don't not make the same mistake and stay away.

By far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Moved in back on November 2022, within 2 months of being a resident my refrigerator stopped working properly. Also, started smelling mold. After multiple service request and calls I finally received a new refrigerator 4 months later. During that 4 month wait, I began to notice there was a bug and roach problem. And since the refrigerator was not running well mold grew from the water collecting a the bottom shelf. The maintenance guy... confirmed the tube that runs down for drainage got clogged causing the freezer to run constantly. AC unit leaked causing more safety concerns involving mold. Maintenance drained the unit and the water came out brown and moldy. The entire apartment had an odor coming from the kitchen disposal and the bathroom sink. The parking lot had trash all around from fast food bags, cups, even dirty diapers. The dumpster was always piled high with trash and junk furniture that took weeks to be cleared out. Ended this nightmare by giving them my 60 days noticed and moved. The complex has potential if they were more professional and valued its tenants. Management does not care for its residents. I have had my car broken into twice living at this place! There is no type of security at all!! The security gates have not been working for over two years so anyone can come and go as they please. Let me also talk about the maintenance which is hands down the worst group of men working at this place. I’ve had a leak for over 9 months that they keep putting a hand side on. This is my second year here and I will be making it my last. Employees are terrible, management is very poor. Unorganized and very rude front office staff. I would not even recommend to my enemy.
