The management for Hamlin at Lake Brandon welcomed me with big sweet smile and positive vibes and attitude. I got the best service and support I can only wish for. And in the end I sign the lease, I’m very excited to move to the new apartment and having good management in the community. I wish I can give more than five stars.

I moved into my new apartment in July 2024 with excitement and high hopes, but my experience has been deeply distressing. Sameera, the leasing consultant, has been outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities like a gym, pool, and tennis court.

Unfortunately, my joy has been marred by a severe roach and ant infestation. I reported this problem within two days of moving in, but I was informed that pest control only visits on Mondays.... The initial visit didn’t solve the problem, and I continued to see pests everywhere—crawling on walls, ceilings, and counters. Despite my repeated calls to management, they haven’t conducted an inspection or provided effective support.

I’m anxiously waiting for the second pest control visit, but the situation is worsening. When I called again, hoping for more help, I was told it was out of their hands. I was advised by Maria to buy pest control products, which contradicts the signed agreement stating that I shouldn’t use DIY methods. This added stress and frustration, as I’m already dealing with the inconvenience of having to store my belongings in bins and delaying furniture delivery.

I’ve even had to enlist family help, which has been both embarrassing and exhausting. The lack of urgency and support from management has left me feeling helpless and overwhelmed. I’m spending my own money to fix a problem I didn’t create, and the management’s inaction is heart-wrenching. Please be cautious if considering this apartment—my experience has been a struggle, and I’m desperately seeking a resolution.

Lived in Hamlin Apts for more than a year and had several maintenance issues. Each time my problems were resolved expeditiously. Most recently I had a problem with my ceiling fan. The maintenance crew said they needed to order a new replacement. In less than 24 hours a new (In the box) fan arrived and was installed by a very friendly and efficient worker.
As a retired military member, I have spent many years in Apts all over the world. The Hamlin Maintenance Crew is best I have ever experienced.

Along with a peaceful and safe place to live you get kind and caring Service Staff. Ramon is my favorite. He is always smiling and willing to help.

Management suck, apartment is small and carry odors. Trash compactor is always full with garbage everywhere.
