The pool heater has been out for awhile. Landscaping has declined with dead trees since the last year’s storms and no replenishment around the apartment buildings. New management does not seem to be able to get things done. Noise is also an issue.

Vida is in a great location, the amenities are all you could ask for, and the apartments are spacious. It feels more like a townhome since there is only 2 floors per building which I like.

Amazing place to live . Family friendly and kid friendly. The amenities are great. The apartments ate bright and welcoming. All the stores are nearby.

Beautiful residence with all the amenities needed for all ages. Issues are fixed in a timely manner and the Property Manager is very friendly. Overall we are very happy with our choice to move here.
