NO MATTER DESPERATE YOU ARE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
If I could put zero stars I would!!!!! If you move here you better hope you never have to go to the office because ever since they got new management they are never there. If Andre is in the front desk he'll argue with you about your sink overflowing instead of doing ANYTHING to get it fixed. Our kitchen sink overflowed to the point that it goes all the way to the bathroom. The entire kitchen was completely water damaged and covered in grease from the upstairs neighbor. We dealt with that for 4... months with absolutely no attempts from management to get it fixed! We've told them about the crack in the tub since we moved in back in June 2019 and only once did they try to contact someone and I took the day off of work to be home and they never showed! Our toilet broke and we've informed them multiple times of this and it got to the point that we had to get someone to fix it ourselves just so we could have a working bathroom! They told us about the selling point of there being a dishwasher when we moved in and we've NEVER been able to use it because it's covered in black mold! When we complained about the dishwasher they told us just to put a cup of bleach in it and it'd work fine. Guess what, it didn't. Also, their emergency repair line is a joke. Again we had water literally pouring from the ceiling in our bathroom from the upstairs neighbor on a Saturday night and we called that number. We left a voicemail, we contacted the main office on Monday, and to this day that issue has never been resolved as well. They don't have a permanent maintenance worker on the premises anymore ever since they changed management. The last one they did have hired literally just hung out behind the building in the golf cart smoking a cigarette and playing on the phone. If Jose is in the front office he'll literally tell you there's nothing he can do when someone steals from your back porch, which will happen to you if you live here.

Love Living Here. Been here for 4 years. Gets better every year
I have been here for 4 years and yes the rent has went up but I love the area I am close to everything. The office is very helpful and they have great parties. Maintenance could be a little faster but he is the only one. The manager lives here and she is always walking around making sure all is good. It was a little rough when I moved in but its so quiet now and I love the pool it is completely screened. Also they love my dog, she has even done pet parties.

Rent is to much but I love living here great neighbors and great employeemployees
