Trash everywhere gates are always broken cars are constantly getting vandalized , getting broken into or they have comtow tow it away some of the ppl living in the apartments are very shady probably the same ppl who run around breaking into the cars lights outside don’t work half the time the pool area is always being vandalized or pool has ?? in it there’s roaches in most the apartments building etc etc

The apartments are large. I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a finced in patio. This is good for the dog to go outside without running away. The bedroom is roomy. My requests for mainance is handled promply. The apartments are Centurely located and easy to go everywhere. The staff are friendly and answer questions willing.

Very disrespectful! They tell you one thing and then boom! They give your money back and tell you that you have 60 days to get out.

As part of the renovation process it is necessary to ask tenants to relocate (per the terms of their lease agreement) so that we can make the much needed upgrades to the apartments and community. We do... have a helpful leasing staff to assist you during this process, please feel free to stop in and get the assistance you need. We look forward to the complete transformation of Citywalk Apartments and the improvement to our community.

Horrible!! Bad for your health!!!!
The buildings are old, the paint over dirt, never clean apartments afterwards, they have bed bugs know matter how clean you are, have to bomb your apartment every couple months for roaches and rats, they take forever to fix broken appliances, its smells, they tow your car because they have look then afterwards bring it back because they made a mistake or have you ride all the way to Sarasota to show them your parking sticker or visitors pass behind light tent!!! Avoid this place if u can.
