I love my apartment and the new paint makes all the buildings look really bright. The staff is amazing and anytime something comes up, they handle it right away and are always willing to help. i've lived here for several years and the rent continues to be affordable. i'm happy to call this home and have recommended many family and friends to live here as well over the years.

I have only lived here for about 4 months. The application process was easy, the staff friendly and helpful. I have a 3/2 and it’s very spacious. Any maintenance I have needed has been addressed quickly. I have not had any bug issues.

I couldn’t find the income limit information anywhere but low and behold pay the $185 (deposit and application fee) and they send an email with the limits. Which I exceed, 32460 for one occupant. This should really be stated somewhere before people pay money.

First thing they do not tell you is that they are income restricted. 40k a year is too little but 42k a year is too much! Next it is supposed to take 2 days to receive a reply on your application and they wasted well over a week and now I have to wait minimum a week to get my deposit back! These people have terrible customer service and lie to you until you choose to look elsewhere.
