I've lived here 4 years. I've never had a problem While living here . The office staff are very professional and very accommodating. If something needed to be fixed in the apartment they We're right on to it. The maintenance team are top notch.

Nice size apartment
I have only lived here for about 4 months. The application process was easy, the staff friendly and helpful. I have a 3/2 and it’s very spacious. Any maintenance I have needed has been addressed quickly. I have not had any bug issues.

Income caps
I couldn’t find the income limit information anywhere but low and behold pay the $185 (deposit and application fee) and they send an email with the limits. Which I exceed, 32460 for one occupant. This should really be stated somewhere before people pay money.

Terrible!
First thing they do not tell you is that they are income restricted. 40k a year is too little but 42k a year is too much! Next it is supposed to take 2 days to receive a reply on your application and they wasted well over a week and now I have to wait minimum a week to get my deposit back! These people have terrible customer service and lie to you until you choose to look elsewhere.

Dont do it
These apartments are trash. Between roaches(which where called about numerous times) and delayed maintenance its not worth. Cant wait till my lease is up. My stuff will be packed and out ASAP. DONT DO IT.
