I enjoy living at the Village of Banyan Grove. It’s very community oriented and the staff are very helpful. All the benefits are great and I use them often such as the gym and the pool. Our apartment had a mold issue in the bedroom closet and the maintenance team resolved the issue and property staff provided us with adequate resources. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

I love living here. The community is very quiet and clean. Maintenance is amazing and fixes everything quickly. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. I love the events offered here and the food trucks!

I have lived at a couple different complexes in South Florida since moving here in 2020 and this is by far the most family oriented development lived in. It’s quiet, peaceful, and everybody is courteous to one another.
