A humble hidden gem! Banyan is everything I hoped for in a community. Safe, clean and reasonably priced. It doesn't have some of the fancy polish and "amenities" that newer complexes would charge an extra arm and leg for; but, I wouldn't have used any of it anyway. What Banyan lacks in fashion, it far makes up for in function. The management is kind, professional and responsive! Maintenance is capable, quick and courteous!
That being said, this community has been making many new improvements to... the property over my tenure here, so it won't be long before we can say it has everything anyone can ask for.
