Living here has been the worst rental experience I've ever had period..
Property management is clueless and careless. My move in was delayed by 5 days, and they tried to charge me for the 5 days that they requested. Upon moving in multiple items in my unit were broken and a washer and dryer was missing. After multiple visits to the office and threatening to withhold rent, they installed a washer and dryer that did not fit the laundry room, damaging the floors and walls in the process. Upon... inspection the exhaust vent was completely disconnected as the machine was too big, the door had to be removed in order to fit the laundry unit. The thermostat was broken for a month and kept blowing cold non-stop. Keys for the mailbox were "missing".name never provided upon moving in. After a month they finally changed the lock.
I should have a $1000 concession under my lease agreement for the month of October. I've paid my balance minus the concession well in advance, and now they are charging me a late feel.
This place is a disgrace and the person running it needs to be replaced immediately.

Ashley Lake Reserve is making progress in the right direction. Although, the rent is pretty high, I do see positive changes being made. I just recently renewed my lease for the 2nd time.
