I have lived here for over 2 years ...I pay to live in a gated community and the gates have been broken for OVER a a year! All they say is it’s expensive to fix. They don’t keep on top of residents for garbage infractions so I am stuck looking (and smelling ) garbage every day. It’s so embarrassing to have company come over and they have to walk up disgusting, dirty hallways filled with garbage pails and smelling like marijuana! My dryer has NEVER a worked and when I asked for a new one they... just keep saying no. It’s costing me so much money in electricity just to dry clothes. They also said they are increasing my rent and doing renovations on my apartment before my new lease is signed but refuse to give me details or tell me how much rent will increase. A new management company has taken over and honestly, I couldn't tell you one good thing about them. The front office staff is rude, they have no consideration for fixing issues in a timely manner and the actual property has visually gone down hill since they took over. The gates at all but one entrance are completely broken. If you tour here and they tell you it's going to be fixed soon, that's a lie. It's been broken for at least 2 months now.

Several of my neighbors have issues with their... dryers not drying clothes. The front office simply sends in someone to clean the vents and tells them that should solve the issue. It doesn't. Their response is to never send someone else out to look at it. Same thing with roofing leaks that rot out (and mold) drywall. No solutions.

The trash situation has gotten much better. That's probably the only thing that has improved over the last few months. For what they charge, you can find a much better complex with a staff that is friendly and helpful somewhere else. Read More

I love it here at Savana Grand. The staff is very nice and respectful. They go out there way to make sure you are ok. It is a very nice community for family and also pet friendly too.

This is a great apartment complex! Honestly, the best apartment complex I've lived in. It's a very nice neighborhood with gazebos, grills, a nice pool, a gym and a lake. The apartments inside are very nice also! We love our apartment. The women at the office are very nice and helpful. I'm not the easiest tenant sometimes if something goes wrong and they listen to my crazy rant and then after I'm done they help find a solution. And they don't make me feel stupid for my crazy rants after! That's... fantastic service! Maintenance is also great! They are very helpful. Our air isn't working great and it needs a new part. They ordered it and in the meantime if it goes out at anytime, I can call them and they come and fix it (even at 3am!!!) Maintenance actually took me to my air conditioning unit to explain to me what was wrong because I had no idea. I really appreciated that! Since the management change, we have definitely noticed a great improvement in the community! I have been a resident for almost 2 years and leaving soon! Pool has been broken for two weeks, gates left open for a month. Management doesn't care about safety when problems are reported and seem to have no knowledge as to what is going on. Trash valet, that I pay $25 a month for does not get picked up. People who do not live in community using the facilities and trashing the place. Very disappointed in what was once a nice apartment complex
