have had a good experience with maintenance. the leasing ladies are nice but its hard to get a hold on phone, easier if you go in there. my issue is we were not showed the gyms on our tour on purpose. there are "2" but they each have 2-4 pieces of equipment. one gym has a treadmill and a bike thats it. the pools and hot tubs are dirty and they dont leave a net out to clean yourself. also not having a dog park is a negative for me too. the parking is also not great. we got one spot but our... neighbors have 2 spots we noticed. people park on the street blocking the intersections and nothing is done about it. if you were in a wheelchair forget about it

Don't live here
This place is horrible. Office never answers the phone, there's never any parking, there's tons of trash outside of the compactors. I hate it here, and I don't wish the irritation and anger I feel toward this complex on anyone.

This place is not where you want to be.
The safety and maintenance is a problem. The office response is really non existance. If you feel it is important, do it in writing go to the office, keep copies. In the future I would not choose Olen Properties.

moving out
Only issue I have is the maintenance. My fridge and dishwasher have been broken for months. I have submitted 4+ service requests and it’s never been fixed. I just want these to work

Not worth the expense
Moved in to be closer to our family after having our baby. Moving out because it is not worth the costs.
The A/C unit is crap, and after calling maintenance multiple times we were told to drop our set temp to make it cooler...(although it would be set for 72 and reading 77)....The washer and dryer unit is crap and with multiple tickets, nothing was done so I did laundry outside of the apartment. Our range broke a couple of times alongside the dishwasher machine.... so much for in-unit... amenities.
The trash compactor is always full and parking is slim to none. If you are going to move here BE AWARE and just get a garage unit because you can't find parking here.
