Don’t move here not worth it it’s dirty they sell drugs nobody never on the office… rent goes up when they feel like it ! There’s no maintenance property manger on site does the cleaning and she’s security up etc with her boyfriend NOT WORTH IT !!!! I live here for a long time about have roaches rat traps around the building… if you want sit on patio they don’t want any chairs out side it’s not homie

I've been living here since May 08, 2019 it used to be a quiet place to live.The last couple of years has been chaos in my building(g8) From tenants fighting all times of the night ,police being called out etc my latest issue is nasty tenants moving out this week and the abundance of roaches coming into my apartment. This is very inconvenient. I have to spend my own money to go buy roach powder to place in the front door of the vacant apartment and my own. There is no dishwasher despite I was told there would be. And they don’t do pest control monthly. You have to request it basically or be on top of them with it. No amenities really. No ice maker. No garbage disposal. Laundry os 1.50 a wash and same for dry. I have had to dry one load multiple time. Minimal place to live. I feel safe. Yet is basic.

I found Ocean Park Apts to be a lovely place to live. The units are very large compared to others I have seen. It is centrally located in the heart of Boynton, right next door to Bethesda Memorial. I run daily, so I can actually run to A1A as it is right down the street. Management is always there to accommodate any need I may have and maintenance is never an issue. They are pet friendly which I like and the other residents are very friendly. Great Place to live.
