My fiancé and I moved in last Friday and we love it here! Toby in the office is fantastic. He was our leasing specialist and has gone above and beyond and we are so grateful we got to work with him. We’ve met maintenance for some minor issues and they are all so nice. We are so happy to call this community our new home and our fur baby Sandy agrees. Thank you again Toby!!!

At first glance this property looks great for the price. New paint on the outside. Lake around the property. I lived here for one year from October 2018- October 2019. After a few month of living here we noticed mold growing from our door jamb and it rotting away and the door actually falling off the hinges. Called the office multiple times with no one coming to fix it. They left us with the mold for months until the day we moved out. Our electric bill was on average $330 because of the old ac... unit they refused to fix or replace and told us there was nothing wrong with it. The restroom in the master bath smelled awful the entire stay there and the toilet would leak from around the seal
On the floor constantly. They wouldn’t fix that either. There was mold growing in our central air unit in the laundry room. They never change the filters and you’re going to have to purchase and replace those yourself. The grounds and greenery around the place are not maintained other than cutting the grass. Our dog was also badly attacked here by another tenants who did not register the dog and was subletting through someone else’s lease(which they “do not” allow)They let the tenants and the dog stay without looking into it at all putting others and their animals in danger.
