We recently moved to Florida from out of state and decided to rent for a year before buying a house. Since it had been about 15 years since we last rented an apartment, we really didn’t know what to expect. The team at Compson Place Apartments made the whole process so much easier by keeping us informed and answering all of our questions along the way.
Going from living in a house to an apartment was definitely a change, but it’s been a really positive experience. The apartments are clean, the... grounds are well kept, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly and welcoming.

Moving In
This was my first move-in process and I would love to mention it went so smooth. I appreciate all of the great staff but Yina and Angel went above and beyond to make sure I was all set in a courteous manner. On top of everything this location is perfect for me and by brother. 10/10:)

Wonderful place!
The pool is very clean the gym is great. I had some issues with the move in process but Gina was able to help me so much! She made the entire process from start to finish smooth and easy. My apartment was extremely clean and up to date with all the appliances upon move in. They worked with me rather than against me. Thank you to Gina and the rest of the staff!!

Great Experience
I’ve had a great experience living at Compson Place Apartments. I moved in about a year ago from a different apartment in the area. The location is hard to beat—it’s within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, making daily life really convenient. Carolina in the management office has been amazing. Very comfortable place to live!

Great place to live
Management is great, amenities are fantastic. I have been here two years and don’t really have a complaint. Would highly recommend specially if you’re starting a family.
