A wonderful place to live.
Renewed into my second year living at Boca Winds, the wonderful and communicative staff in the leasing office always takes care of their tenants, and maintenance is always on time never had any concerning issues from my space. Looking forward to another year!

Best moving experience ever
Living at Boca Winds Apartments has truly been an incredible experience from start to finish. From the very first day, Maja went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process feel effortless. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made such a difference, and it’s clear she truly wants residents to feel happy and at home.
The maintenance team deserves just as much recognition,... especially Junior. He has been amazing—always quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, and Junior consistently makes sure residents are comfortable and satisfied.
The community itself is absolutely beautiful—well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you’re proud to call home.
If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly care and the community is stunning, I highly recommend Boca Winds Apartments. Thanks to Maja and Junior, living here has been nothing short of fantastic.

GREATEST moving experience ever
Looking for an apartment was not easy for me and Maja made the process seamless. She stayed after work hours just to help me find the right unit and went above and beyond in her communications with me as we navigated the best option for my new place. I highly recommend anyone looking to move into a nice place to consider Boca Winds - it is a beautiful community and the staff makes it a great place to be.
