Great 3 years there!

Great living experience, great community and staff, and great area. I enjoyed my time there when I was a student at FAU, and it's a great option for students or anyone looking to relocate to Boca. The pool is nice and everyone who lives there is friendly. The only possible complaint would be the plumbing, but they have a full-time maintenance staff that's very helpful and friendly. Maja was a great community manager as well and regularly threw events and giveaways.

Great Service from the Property Manager

I had a great experience working with Maja, the property manager at Boca Winds Apartments. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my needs. A wonderful place to live.

Renewed into my second year living at Boca Winds, the wonderful and communicative staff in the leasing office always takes care of their tenants, and maintenance is always on time never had any concerning issues from my space. Looking forward to another year!
