We have 15 years experience with having a rental at our home. This is a 3 bed 2 bath home on a large Lake. Small pets such as turtles/lizards may be acceptable. You have your own room furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, full length mirror,... TV/cable and fast internet cable WiFi connection. You have your own bathroom, Washer/dryer and Bathroom next to your room. You have access to the entire home. We share two refrigerators. Need utensils?...no problem you can use ours. Backyard has a large patio, walk to our community Olympic size pool, tennis & other sports. We speak Spanish & French also in case you are an International student. The lease must be at least 3 months. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and deposit is returned, so it can be considered Month to Month. There are no hidden or extra charges...All included.
