Major theft and violent crime problems and staff doesn't care!
The Soleste Nomi used to be good, but not anymore. I already plan not to renew my lease. Since switching management companies (Now it's TRG), the community's safety has gone downhill fast. I've had items stolen multiple times, and the staff impedes police investigations. Totally unacceptable. If you value peace of mind and safety, I would choose another apartment complex. Prices go up while the level of service goes down. Honestly, it could be related to ChatGPT. The management staff relies on... it for everything, and it's like they lost their humanity and ability to think for themselves. Kind of like mindless robots.

Please Don't Apply Here!!!!
I applied for an apartment at Soleste Miami in early December and paid the required deposit and application fees. Unfortunately, my application was not approved. I was told at that time that my deposit would be refunded by check within two weeks.
It has now been three months, and I still have not received my refund.
Since December, I have repeatedly contacted the leasing office by phone and email. Each time I call, I am told that the manager is in a meeting or unavailable. I have also sent... multiple follow-up emails that have gone completely unanswered. The last communication I received from the property was in mid-January stating that my check would arrive within two weeks, which never happened.
At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is extremely concerning. No one should have to chase down their own money for months after being told a refund would be issued.
If you plan to apply here, be aware that if there are any issues with deposits or refunds, you may have to spend months trying to get a response.
I hope management addresses this situation and resolves it promptly.
