We still have unresolved bug issues in our apartment ants in the dog food, in the trash can, and honestly, everywhere. I shouldn’t have to pick up my dog’s bowl off the floor just to keep ants out of it.

It's nice living somewhere that's kept up and looks good. The location is perfect (for me). We enjoy being here. The pool and playground are a favorite for us.

I would rate the community in the 95% range. The apartment complex is extremely clean and the units are awesome. I can see this being our home for a long time

Moving into The Groves at Lake Juliana was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place, and the community itself is beautiful—peaceful, clean, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Dolly, who was truly a standout in the whole experience. She was attentive, responsive, and so kind throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed... with care. It felt less like moving into a new place and more like being welcomed home.
If you’re considering The Groves, know that you’ll be in good hands—especially with someone like Dolly on your side. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to this new chapter!
