It's a clean, quiet place to live with a lot of great features both in the units and on the grounds. Staff is great and highly responsive, maintenance is more on point than in any other apartment I've ever had. I've been here over a year at this point and will likely live here for several more to come.

Community is amazing. Staff is amazing. No complaints. Very very peaceful neighbors are friendly clearly very clean the clubhouse the pool. The gym is all clean and put together nice.

I have lived at the Groves of Lake Juliana for over a year now. There has not been one day I have regretted being a part of this community! It was an easy decision to re-sign for another 15months.

A great place to stay. I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. A very convenient place to stay, right by the highway. As a dog owner, it was important to me that me and my dog would be able to be in a safe environment. This is it.
