We have had issues with the management team ever since my friend and I had moved into this apartment complex of last year. I have waited patiently to write up a good review but unfortunately for them that's just not going to happen. They hardly ever pick up their phones and despises you if you repeatedly call them for information and work needed. The repeated phone calls are there because they do not do what they have said they will.

This property is amazing! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff comes very quickly to address any concerns and they all always wave when you drive by. They just had a summer scavenger hunt around the property and my son loved it and won a prize. It is also kept very clean. We love living here.

My motorcycle was stolen within the first month of living here. Months later I had a license plate stolen. The officer that responded to one of these calls said the neighborhood is known for crime. There is a homeless camp in the adjacent woods with a bunch of women’s purses and their contents strewn about and needles/beer bottles. You pay extra for a “gated community”, but clearly the gate is just something that breaks often and is annoying.

Two of the ladies at the front office are... incredibly rude, Ericka will cut you off mid-sentence and even get mad at you for calling in maintenance issues at times that aren’t convenient for them (I’m not joking). The “Soothing Spa or Hot Tub” by the pool has never worked.
When I called asking why I didn’t get a copy of the notice to move out form 60 days before my lease was up (like every other apartment) I was told they do not give these out. The very next day I got a text form another office employee (Katie, who is the only competent professional there btw) stating “Hi, you should have received your 1st notification about your lease expiring. I wanted to follow up with you on your decision…”. Oops. No doubt they didn’t send it out purely to rack up the $40 per day fee for every day after the 60th you don’t fill that out. Also, the online rent payment program is often down, but they still try to charge you for late payments

Lots of water damage simply painted over, drywall anchors left in walls and painted over (even though I am sure they charged the prior residents for the repair at $25 a wall). The pest control tech was able to make a hole in a window frame with his hand because the wood is so rotten (this hole was reported but never repaired). Overspray everywhere, all of which the office refused to fix because it is “just aesthetics”.

My a/c would never go below 80 degrees if it was above 90 outside, which obviously happens often and ran non-stop racking up $250 electric bills. The front office had it looked at and determined it was operating “within spec” and never did anything about it. Had to spend several hundred dollars on a window ac unit just so I could sleep at night.

A small water leak at a window turned into a major one and despite several calls and promises of getting it repaired it took EIGHT MONTHS (reported 7/4/17, repaired 3/18) and a call to the managing company to get it repaired.
