Great location for me close to shopping center and downtown Apopka, fl.
My apt. is a 2 bedroom villa with about 860 sq. ft. It faces the Hwy 441 so I get to see traffic instead of being hidden from other people and traffic. The manager has been extremely nice to me and is a very understanding manager. The villa has a good size kitchen and eat in dining room and living room. Good size for 2 or 3 people. In 3 years that I have lived here, the Maintenance man has only had to come to fix 2 leaks from kitchen and bathroom sinks, and install a new garbage disposal. They... are quick to fix repairs. Nice people and their pets are here and it is a very nice place to live. And the rent is very reasonable compared to some others.

Orange North Apartments
It's ok. Not easy to have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with 3 people living here. Also be nice if they would have wooden floors and tiles in this place instead of carpet, due to the fact that me and my son both suffer from allergies/asthma. There's roaches and other bugs in the apartment here and there and they don't go away for long. We are so low income that we can barely make the rent and pay the bills when my fiance is the only one working.
