I’ve been living at J Ardin for about two years now, and I can honestly say I love it here. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the community itself is incredibly welcoming and friendly. So far it has pretty good. It hasn’t been a full month since I moved in so I will update an a few. As of now, staff has been great. I love that there was no issue with my work vehicle on site. The only complaint is the dog poop people don’t pick up.

Very nice apartment though only one grill works on entire property and by the pool, the electricity doesn’t work to plug in items. Also under the pavilion by the office. Lots of wasp, red ants and insects so the pool area needs more pest control

5 star if our above neighbors wouldn't keep us up all nite and all the weed smoked in our building. Sometimes the hallways reek of it. Other than that, we love everything else

A localização é prática, com fácil acesso a mercados e serviços, e a vizinhança parece tranquila e organizada.
