? HOA application/background-check fees are additional.
? 600+ credit score
? Security deposit equal to one month’s rent with a 600+ credit score. Scores below 600 will result in a higher deposit.
? Gross household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
? No outstanding rental debt
? No outstanding utility debt
? No prior evictions within the last 7 years
? All applicants are subject to a criminal background screening and must meet our established resident selection criteria.
? First month’s rent, $150 one-time Administration Fee, and applicable pet fees are due prior to move-in.
