How Is This Rating Determined?

Property is good. Not so the management

The property is actually good as it is relatively new, and close to the train station.

Where it lacks is the management. There are two people in the office, but both are hardly reachable. Emails get answered late, if at all. Phone calls are not answered, nor do you get called back. on multiple occasions I have walked over to the management office only to find it closed at hours where it was supposed to be open (Friday or Wednesday around 3PM).
