This place goes through property managers as the wind blows. Current pm is awful, slow to respond and doesn't do her job. The realtors are more concerned with commission then the actual standards of the residents they rent too. Some have pets and let them poop any and everywhere the other Bpg properties up market st have better standards. All of the Bpg properties are poorly built you can hear EVERYTHING!!!! People move in and out of this building every other month your water is billed into your... rent and you get charged two times to pay the water the first of the month and the end of the month. Property manager Mary has no clue what she is talking about and can never seem to remedy anything
