I found the Staff (Samantha and Christine) both to be professional. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions when I called there. I haven't even viewed the property yet, but I can appreciate the tone and the pleasant greeting they offered me. I look forward to finding out more about these properties.

This place is a total scam. AVOID IT BY ALL MEANS. I was there for 3 years and after removing my bank account info PRIOR to vacate the place I was still charged for another month. This was an UNAUTHORIZED transaction and when trying to get it back they gave me a full list of "damages" which were total nosense and now they wanted to keep 90 % of my money. DONT RENT HERE!!!!

Walked in today to get information about this place and the office staff was horriable. Did not speak when I opened the door, even though I spoke. The two ladies in the office never looked up from the computer.

When I asked about the apartment she older lady did not want to help she was very rude and told me I was not looking on the correct website.

WOW is all I could say an walked out. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Rent is too high for such a small living place... Concrete walls are a downside, lots of mold grew in my apartment and they didn't do much to fix it besides spray mildew remover. Parking lots and surrounding areas feel unsafe. They will overcharge you for any small repairs when you move out.

Living at Greenville on 141 is good. It's relatively quiet. It's child and animal friendly. I feel safe for the most part. Also the renovations that were done was a nice touch especially for the rent cost. It's a nice place to live.
