I lived in this complex for two years. The townhouse itself is a great size, has a nice small patio in the backyard, and is in a perfect location. However, the management here is incompetent and rude. All the appliances in this complex are terribly outdated and break constantly. The windows are extremely drafty, which makes for an expensive electric bill in the winter months. If you put in a service request, it can take about a month before someone from maintenance actually shows up. The... laundromat here is also disgusting and I do not think it ever gets cleaned. There are only six washers and dryers for the entire complex to use, and half of each are typically broken.
