Upgraded apartments are open floor plans. Each unit has a washer and dryer. Tim is great!

Great Place to live

I lived at Deemers landing for 3 years. Office staff is professional, understanding, and quick to address any concerns. They take pride in keeping the grounds clean. Very quiet in great area to live in. With the reasonable prices I was able to save my money through the years and purchase a home last year for my family. Thank you Kathleen and staff ?? TD707

Wonderful experience

We lived at Deemer's year back and recently moved back in after selling our home doing a month to month lease until we could find a new home. Loved the unit, the Apartment Manager was absolutely wonderful I would definitely recommend Deemer's Landing couldn't have been a better place to stay during a stressful transition. Neighbors are nice and the complex is always quiet.

Homes that dont come this easy

This is seriously an amazing place to live. It is beyond amazing. The people that live here are great people and the neighbors are just so sweet. The property manager is BEYOND amazing. She is so nice and down to earth about everything.

Maintance, I havn't have much to do with them, but, thats a GREAT thing. They are excellent at what they do and the apartments have no problems from what I see.

When I leave I get told to have a great day and this keeps happening everyday!

There is the... "upgaded" models accross the street. BUT, that doesn't make Deemers look bad. Deemers Landing is beyond Beautiful, Spacious, and just all around amazing.

Also, it is close to Old New Castle, and Battery Park. So, all the festivities are WALKING distance.

Just an AMAZING place to LIVE!!!!!!!

Deemers Landing

Talk about an excellent place to live!; with excellent neighbors, astonishing apartment living and great nearby attractions. Deemers Landing has it all! Pool, gym, dog park, and so much more. Couldn't be happier with this place. Check it out!
