Long-term Resident; excellent experience

Resident for 17 years. Totally enjoyed living here. Close to multiple Metrobus routes. A couple miles from a couple Metrorail stations. Drug stores, grocery stores nearby. Building is well-maintained. Helpful office staff. Incredibly helpful maintenance staff.

This is a good community building

It has a good administration starting with a friendly and respectful manager and excellent maintenance service team which keeps the building facilities clean and safe.
Also, it has fun and amazing Holiday activities were any one can join in and participate and has a nice play ground.
