The Best Place To Call Home!
This beautifully designed new apartment community that leases to Howard Universities Professional Students is such a nice added staple in the community. From the pleasant staff to the modern finishes. This is the perfect place, and the best thing offered for Graduate students!

I've lived here for a few months now and found the location to be extremely convenient. Great amenities, a few blocks away from U Street. Tynelle has gone above and beyond with resident events and being attentive to our needs.

Wish I Lived Here Sooner
Definitely wish I knew about The Oliver sooner. Ms. Tynelle, the assistant manager, and her assistant Noah came to my graduate school to speak with students and hand out goodies. After speaking with her, I took a tour of the facilities with my friends that evening and fell in love. I applied and was approved in no time. I appreciate how I was accommodated with the change in move-in date. The staff has been really kind and unlike other apartment complexes, they actually care about their tenants’... opinions and make an active effort to improve where need be. I have enjoyed the new gym equipment and the Game Night last week. I’m looking forward to next month’s Sip N Paint.
