I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff who really make sure the residents feel welcomed and taken care of. I also like the various events that are held: movie nights, breakfast on the go, smoothies on the go, happy hours, paint & sip nights, etc. This has shown me that there is an effort into creating a very engaging and welcoming environment. Also, the turnaround time for maintenance requests are usually the same or next day. Lastly, it is a plus that the apartments are furnished... which was a selling point for me! The only downside would be the high rent cost especially as a student.

Wonderful Staff
I've had a fantastic experience living here! The leasing team is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is equally impressive, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that come up. It's clear they care about the residents and keeping the property in great condition. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free living experience!

The Best Place To Call Home!
This beautifully designed new apartment community that leases to Howard Universities Professional Students is such a nice added staple in the community. From the pleasant staff to the modern finishes. This is the perfect place, and the best thing offered for Graduate students!

I've lived here for a few months now and found the location to be extremely convenient. Great amenities, a few blocks away from U Street. Tynelle has gone above and beyond with resident events and being attentive to our needs.
