I lived at the Lurgan for two years and I really enjoyed it -- the front desk staff were friendly, management was responsive to my requests (Kayla and Eric in particular were always very helpful), and I think they did a great job communicating with residents during the pandemic. The building has a great gym, nice rooftop, and was always clean. Overall no complaints.

Good location, horrendous property management
The only reason to live here is the location, safe and easy to walk places. The property management is inexperienced, unprofessional, and just have no clue. They just want to fill up the building so they'll tell you what you want to hear. Literally without any truth behind it.

Horrible
The worst property management, cheap appliances (i.e. plastic floors), not sure is security is concierge or concierge is security—either way, also the worst. Can’t open your windows. Your balcony might break off of the building.
