I am writing this review after having lived here, and I can honestly say it has been the absolute worst living experience of my life. Save your money, your sanity, and your health—stay as far away from this place as possible.
From the second you walk into the building, the halls constantly reek of urine and heavy marijuana smoke. The entire property is filthy, poorly maintained, and completely neglected. To make matters worse, I had to deal with an active bed bug infestation in my unit, and... I’ve seen visible mold developing that management completely refuses to address. It is a genuine health hazard.
Living here feels unsafe and unpredictable: Zero Privacy: Management regularly enters apartments without permission or prior notice. You have no boundary or security in your own home. Constant Disruptions: Fire alarms are constantly set off in the middle of the night by random people, ruining your sleep on a weekly basis, water cut offs at little to no notice. The worst part of this complex, however, is the management team. They are blatantly unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They lie about almost everything, and talk down to residents with incredible hostility, the staff lie for one another and cover up faults that hurt or damage tenants. It is clear the staff suffer from severe low self-esteem—they are insecure, spiteful, and abuse what little power they have just to be petty and power-trip over paying tenants.
This place is run by absolute nobodies who do not care about human beings or basic property standards. Do not sign a lease here under any circumstances.

Great On-Site Staff; Horrible Living Conditions
Pros: -Great front desk staff. Julien & Celestine were always pleasant & helpful when it came to packages. -Maintenance staff was always prompt with repair requests & sweet. One time, they accidentally broke a small thing of mine (not very expensive) & left a little money for it. -Shola, the Property Manager, works hard & cares. It just seems that she is bogged down by the bureaucracy & rules of the overall management company (it seems to be that way at least; I am not stating that as a fact but... as a belief).
Cons: -For the entire time I lived there, I had German roaches. I saw them in the kitchen, the living room area, the bathroom, my closet, etc. I even stopped sitting on my couch because after seeing the third one come out of it, I just couldn’t trust it. Yes, the rent is low; the location is pretty decent; & the apartment itself is actually nice, but having to deal with seeing multiple bugs weekly, even monthly, was more than I could handle. Maybe other people are stronger, but I am of the belief that no one should live like that. -At one point, one of the little buggers seemingly crawled onto the sticky sheet, alive. Since it was stuck, it couldn’t go anywhere. Because of that, it had to have its babies on the sheet. Imagine going to sleep with the picture of all these little critters in your apartment or in the walls/drains (still not sure from where they were coming) having these babies.
I just hope the upper management starts to take the situation seriously at some point as this can’t be safe/healthy for people who live there. I would also like to state that I have been in another place for awhile now and I have not seen one bug, so it is true that you can find a place that does not have bugs or roaches, even if others try to tell you that you cannot possibly expect a place without roaches. Trust me, you can.
