New management Blue Jay sucks!! Many good tenants are moving out because so many activities are going on in the parking lot and in the properties that don't make you feel safe at all and management don't care. The hardwood floors are so thin, you will hear every foot step which makes it hard to sleep. If you want to move in, please first come and look around the environment, get into the buildings (you will smell something) believe me! I won't recommend for anyone specially kids and elderly... people.
