I mostly love it here because of the amenities and the events. There are some hiccups with people being loud at night and sometimes at the pool, but other than that it’s a great space that this apartment management has created. I feel safe and happy

I love the location, my sons school is right there and the metro is close but the trash shoot is always stuck and the tow truck drivers are insane.

Enjoyed my time living at Rowan for the past 2 years. Looking forward to renewing my lease. The maintenance and cleaning team are great. The rooftop could use a deep cleaning on the floors and in the pool but nonetheless I'm grateful to have one of the best rooftops in DC that is affordable.

I really enjoy my apartment—it's the perfect amount of space for me. However, I believe there are a few areas in the building that could be improved.
First, the parking fees are quite high, and it would be great if there were options for affordable street parking nearby. Additionally, I’ve noticed some security concerns, as it’s easy for unauthorized individuals to gain access to the building. Enhancing security measures could help prevent thefts and make residents feel safer.
Another point... I’d like to raise is the cost of common area electricity. It seems reasonable for the building management to cover these costs instead of passing them on to residents.
Lastly, I’m curious about the rationale behind rent increases when renewing leases. It would be a nice gesture to show appreciation for residents who choose to stay long-term by keeping their rental rates stable.

Great move in experience and leasing office. We were told the pool is heated and open year round but don't think it is true so make sure they're telling you the truth
