My apartment has been an amazing place to live because it is comfortable, peaceful, and always feels like home. The space is well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the location makes everything convenient and accessible. I have truly enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment experience.

The Rowan has a lot of pros and cons.
Ask deep, meaningful questions of staff and residents if possible before deciding to move here.
Miladis, was warm, wonderful, and kind in assisting me throughout the leasing process.
Unfortunately after two short weeks, I am not happy with my current unit, several issues involving my unit.
The floor plan is wonderful. Fixtures are cheap and plastic; for me they have fallen off at the touch.
The overall building looks and feels clean.
The front desk staff is... warm and welcoming with the exception of a weekend staffer.

I enjoy living in Rowan it’s safe and clean . It’s near the metro station and buses . Plus plenty of of restaurants , grocery and Home Depot . The amenities are great . Thank you .

This building is a hidden gem. Same proximity to metro/shopping/downtown as neighborhoods like Eckington or NoMA, but with the kind of charm that’s hard to find anywhere else. Come here for the convenience, stay here for the friendly staff and vibrant community.

Great experience so far. I chose this apartment because the style/vibe of the community matched my energy. I loved the color scheme and the decor. I love the rooftop and the pool. I absolutely love the apartment itself. Every aspect of the apartment itself I love it. I am excited to move in soon.

The only thing that would make this apartment perfect is offering zone parking.
