Obviously you have to get past the fact that its a dated building without dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and central A/C. Once you take it for what it is, it's a gem of a place and great value.
It takes some TLC to bring the apartment to life, but their larger studio floorplans and bigger floor types have ample charm with wood flooring and arched thresholds. Can't beat the location too. Nestled in a quiet corner in Gtown and equidistant from M ST and Dupont Circle.
Miguel has been the... property manager for a year thus far and has been amazing. Quick to reply and address things and very friendly. Maintenance is very responsive and the front desk team (especially James) warm up the place with their friendliness.
