I have been a tenant at New Quin for a little less than a year, and I am deeply disappointed from my experience living there. There is a reason the apartments are priced below market rate -- there has been an ongoing severe cockroach infestation for months now, that has not been dealt with by the building management. Shanell is completely unresponsive and generally either overwhelmed or incompetent. I will certainly not be renewing my lease and I would certainly not recommend living here.
