I toured Margarite last week and was very impressed by the community amenities, apartment layouts and the customer service experience. I am still early in my search but would recommend checking this building out if you are looking to move to Union Market.

Great Apartment Community
My experience at Margarite has been fantastic. The location is convenient, the apartment is so cute and modern, building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and very responsive, especially Rose we love her. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to live.

Awesome find, perfectly situated in Union Market.
If you haven’t seen this building, go visit! With the finishes, amenities and staff really you feel like you’re visiting a luxury condo building.
I’m actually relocating here from a similar luxury condo building in Chicago and really enjoyed the details of the units I was shown here. Nikol was so knowledgeable and sure to point out the custom Italian cabinetry, high-end appliances, gas stove (I love to cook), thoughtful lighting choices, and very well-designed amenity spaces.
On our way... out, Nikol introduced me to the GM in the lobby who asked me my thoughts, told me about the neighborhood restaurants and the events program.
Love that it’s in Union Market yet set back in a little corner. Needless to say, I rented here.
