Beautiful view and nice units, but you’ll be frustrated by poor management and other tenants. Good luck enjoying the amenities, particularly on weekends. Management is rude to good tenants, and deferential to bad ones. If you think you will like that atmosphere, Maren may be for you.

Maren is a great place to live. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the views are amazing and the people in the building seem cool as well. Overall a great atmosphere.

It seems like almost a perfect apartment building, and it definitely could be, except for the noise level. We almsot never hear our neighbors on the same floor as us, the windows do a great job blocking outside noise, but there has got to be serious structural issues between floors that allows noise through. We can literally hear someone a floor above us and two apartments over having a party. Unless you are on the same party schedule as others, I wouldn't recommend living here unfortunately.

We love living at the Maren! The management is wonderful. We've had a couple of maintenance issues (including a face mask getting sucked up into the washing machine) but the maintenance team is always quick to respond and solve the issue. We were worried about the noise-level living so close to construction and the stadium. We face Audi field so are exposed to Bardo Brewing, the dog park and the bridge construction. The windows are well insulated so when they're shut, the construction sounds... like white noise. The walls seem pretty well insulated so we don't often hear our neighbors. We moved in at the end of June 2020 so we have not lived here during a normal baseball season so we can't comment on the noise from the stadium but I imagine it won't be an issue. Our one complaint is that we wish our neighbors wore their masks at all times. Our gym is open at a limited capacity but people continue to wear masks improperly or not at all. The management has tried their best, including shutting down amenities for a week, in response to residents breaking the rules. They also do rounds in the common spaces to ensure people are wearing masks and not over capacity. We really appreciate their dedication to ensuring our common spaces are safe.
