I have loved my time living at Hightowers. The building is older, sure; but it is well taken care of. I have never seen a mouse, bug, or had a package go missing. You can't beat the location and price!

I loved living in the hightowers. The team was always very communicative and the first month free rent was a great perk. I never had issues with cleanliness or bugs.
The laundry is in the basement but I never had issues with that. Overall a great living experience and will miss my time here!

We scamper in the cupboards, we nibble at the bread,
We dash across the baseboards when the humans go to bed.
We’re everywhere you look, from lobby up to tower,
Our tiny feet make echoes in the quiet midnight hour.
The walls are full of tunnels, the ceilings softly creak,
A maze of pipes and passages—our home is warm, unique.
The crumbs fall from your tables, the kitchens never sleep,
We gather in the shadows where the drafty corners seep.
But oh, the stars are fewer, and here’s the reason... plain:
Too many human giants keep spoiling our domain.
The Exterminator visits, with poison, traps, and spray,
We scatter, hide, and wait it out—then come back out to play.
Still, the vents and cracks are plenty, the hallways wide and kind,
A rodent’s dream of real estate, if you don’t mind mankind.
So heed this mouse’s warning, before you sign to stay:
The Hightowers are ours, dear friend—best look the other way.

I moved out. The place is completely infested with mice. I would go to sleep at night to the sound of hundreds of mice moving around in the walls. The management does nothing except rations 3 of those horribly cruel glue traps to each tenant. When I opened the trash chute, a huge spray of cockroaches came flying out. Easily the worst upkeep and worst management I've ever seen. I think they neglect the building so much because they want people to move out -- they can legally raise the rent with... each new tenant. When I left, there were moving trucks lined up outside for all the tenants fleeing.

Great location, friendly front desk staff, spacious rooms, great fitness room, nice quiet rooftop patio. Highly recommended!
