Great building!
My daughter has lived at Hanover 8th St. for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loves it! Her one bedroom apartment is decorated so pretty and she loves her balcony for soaking up sun! She also enjoys walking her dog near the Basilica and enjoying a Starbucks a short walk away!

Great apartment, great Staff!
Beautiful apartments at Hanover- we have lived here for over two years and it’s been a wonderful place to rent. The entire staff (front office, maintenance, cleaning crew) is responsive and caring, and my wife and I love living here.

Best Spot in DC
I love my apartment! The staff is great..the maintenance are awesome. I’ve been here since it was first built, great choice. Tour and apply! No complaints!
