This apartment is perfect location for Georgetown University and Hospital. It only take about 10 minutes walk. Application process to this apartment is very simple and quick. Apartment building is well maintained and have quick maintenance. This apartment come with storage space and parking spot.

Foxhall Terrace may look like an old brutalist building from the 1950s, but don't judge a book by its cover! The apartments are quite clean and spacious, and very affordable for the D.C. area. Plus, the apartment is situated directly on a bus route that will take you straight into the heart of the city. There is also a free parking lot if you'd rather own a car. The landlord is both personable and timely with repair requests. Be warned that there is not an elevator, so you will have to deal with... stairs. But there are only three stories, so it's definitely not a day-to-day problem.
