I have absolutely loved living at Coda. From the day I signed my lease with the property manager, Alysia, it instantly felt like home and that feeling has never gone away. I love being greeted by name. The building is beautiful, and the staff is great. I haven't lived in a place that brings me so much joy and happiness. Grateful to Coda and Alysia for their amazing ongoing hospitality.

Great apartment but apparently this is the party building
I love my apartment, view of the capitol, etc. Conveniently located. However, since the latest management company has taken over it seems like every few weekends (sometimes weekdays) there is a loud party on the rooftop. On this particular evening there is a whole party with a DJ on a Sunday night and the music is drowning out my TV. It's actually infuriating to have complained about this very thing on numerous occasions and there be no public announcement that parties are not allowed. Anyway, I... guess it's good otherwise.
