Overall a very nice and well-run apartment building. Location is great. People are generally nice. My only negative comment is that the building has additional charges for almost everything - moving in, having a pet, reserving the elevator, etc. All together these charges make it more expensive to live here than I planned for.

I represent Roadside Development's sixteen condominium's for rent at Cityline. We usually offer a move-in credit to assist our renters with the possibly unexpected fees. However, we have checked around the neighborhood for comparable... condominiums for rent and our fees are in line with other properties.
