Hassle free, convenient living

Overall a very nice and well-run apartment building. Location is great. People are generally nice. My only negative comment is that the building has additional charges for almost everything - moving in, having a pet, reserving the elevator, etc. All together these charges make it more expensive to live here than I planned for.

condominiums for rent and our fees are in line with other properties.
