I don’t know why these Apt sites keep apts listed that aren’t available. This is just an update for anyone on an apt hunt- Don’t try here, they have a waiting list dating 5 years back. Also, the neighborhood is terrible anyway. Don’t waste your time.

Rodents are everywhere! It's a definite issue. The units are super out dated. Super small, literally a box! Closets fall down if you're a person with lots of clothing. Neighborhood is for sure a war zone. Gun fights often. Literally just got my window shot out! It's the ghetto here so I'd advise you to look for something anything besides these apartments!!!! It's not an area a child should be raised in.

This is the worse place to live honestly. I’ve lived here for 5 years and honestly the rodents own the place. If you’re lucky you won’t have any roaches. The maintenance team is terrible, and they even changed management about 3 times… there’s gunshots at night. I had to replace my car window twice because of gunshots. It’s really unsafe and in the summer it’s even worse; loud music and it honestly looks like a playground. The buzzer doesn’t work and hasn’t worked since I moved in. I wouldn’t let my dog live here lol the nastiest place ever! The mice is all in the walls & in the apartment it’s crazy

A cat should be a gift for each leaseholder; the mice situation is infinite.
