Upstairs is the primary bedroom and bath, big enough for a king-sized bed, along with two additional bedrooms that will each fit a queen and a second bathroom. The lower level suite contains the third bath and bed, also big enough for a queen bed, along with a kitchenette and den.

Parking: There's a secured two-car driveway, and street parking in the neighborhood is very easy as well.

Laundry: There is a stackable washer/dryer upstairs, and there are hookups for a second set in the lower-level suite should you wish to have a second laundry available there.
